Since 1973 Kat Kroll has practiced Tai Chi (taijiquan) and Qi-gong. Her
teaching is based on "Chen style", which emphasizes "spiral power"
as a means of increasing "qi" and blood circulation. For the past twenty years
she has studied Chen style 24, 77, 83, spiral power exercises, qi-gong and
sword form with Master Zhang Xue Xin.

She has taught hundreds of students the rejuvenating, stress reducing
pleasure of finding their natural grace of movement.
